Exchange and Return Policy

1. CHANGE OF MIND.

No Exchanges No Returns in Case of Change of Mind.

2. ORDER CANCELS.

Refund may only be issue if the customer cancels orders before the company start processing the shipment or if an article found defective.

3. REFUND, EXCHANGE and RETURNS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF:

* The item is defective or has missing accessories, wrong size or wrong article at time of delivery.
* Customer must notify us with in sameday of delivery of the order by emailing us with photos.

There are Certain Scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges and refunds. Thats includes:
  • Refund and Exchnage request is made outside the specified time frame of sameday
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to the photographic lighting source or the screen thus itis not eligible for exchange or refund
  • Product is worn, damaged or tampered because of use
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels or original packaging
  • Any access fabric or embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided unless mentioned on its description
  • Do not accept the parcel if its damage or the seal is opened, company will not be responsible for such exchanges and refunds
  • Company has the right to cancel orders if the item is out of stock, pricing errors or customer’s credit/debit card payment is declined
